Aspire Global Human Resource is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor (Floor) to oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor operations of the bar and ensure smooth daily service
• Lead, train, and motivate bar service staff (waiters/waitresses)
• Ensure compliance with 5-star service standards and SOPs
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Coordinate with Bar Manager and kitchen for efficient service flow
• Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and overall ambiance of the bar area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Bar Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury venue
• Strong knowledge of bar service operations and guest relations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented
• Ability to work flexible shifts
