Bar Tender

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using a cash register - Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service guidelines - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area - Maintain cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism Skills: - Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages - Experience in banquet or event bartending is a plus - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions efficiently - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management Join our team as a Bartender and enjoy the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
