Job Summary:

3fils is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Barback to support our bar operations. The ideal candidate will assist bartenders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with daily bar operations
• Refill and organize stock such as beverages, ice, glassware, and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
• Support in setup and closing duties of the bar
• Help receive and store supplies and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barback or in a similar hospitality role preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
