Hidden among a natural waterfront landscape just 150 yards from the hotel, Oystercatchers is a favorite among locals and those seeking fresh seafood while enjoying a beautiful view.

Our barback will assist food service employees in delivering food to tables, maintain cleanliness and attend to needs behind the bar, clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; setting tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; and serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons. The barback also supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stacked, clean, and organized to deliver exceptional service to guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency behind the bar and helping create a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Prior barback or food runner experience preferred

• Good verbal communication skills and collaborative attitude



• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

  Ability to stand for long periods of time.



• Must be flexible to work AM & PM shifts throughout the week and weekends.
