Role Overview

A skilled and customer-focused Barber responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, maintaining excellent client relations, and ensuring a clean and professional salon environment. The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and passionate about men’s grooming trends and techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesHair Services

• Provide professional haircuts, fades, trims, and styling for all hair types.
• Perform beard trimming, shaping, shaving, and grooming services.
• Recommend suitable styles and grooming solutions based on client preferences.
• Offer hair and scalp treatments when required.

Customer Experience

• Greet clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Conduct proper consultations to understand client needs and expectations.
• Provide aftercare advice for hair and beard maintenance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Salon Operations

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of barber tools, workstation, and equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, and sterilisation standards.
• Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
• Assist in retail product recommendations and sales.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional barbering experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern and classic cuts, fades, razor work, and beard grooming.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid UAE certificate/license (if required by the municipality).
