Barber

We are looking to hire a skilled Barber dedicated to servicing our elite clientele; to create flawless haircuts and hairstyles for our customers. It will be their job to consult with our clients and to help them select the right hairstyle for their style goals.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions.
• Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes.
• Wash, rinse, and dry clients’ hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners.
• Cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment.
• Provide other grooming services such as beard trimming and facial shaving.
• Assist the management with inventory maintenance by ordering new products as needed.
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences.
• Manage bookings and serve walk-ins.
• Ensure tidiness of the workstations and sterilize tools, as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Work experience of 1-2 years as a Barber/Hair Stylist
• Hands-on experience with various colouring techniques
• Ability to correctly recreate a wide range of hairstyles requested by our clientele.
• Up to date with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to stand for long hours.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Should be currently available in Bahrain and can join immediately
