Barber (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a Barber to provide high-quality grooming and hair services to guests at a luxury hotel and resort property. This role focuses on delivering personalized, professional services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services according to guest preferences.
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the barbering area.
• Advise guests on hair care, styling, and grooming products.
• Maintain barber tools, equipment, and products in excellent condition.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback professionally.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other wellness and F&B departments as needed to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing barber shop operations efficiently.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• Certificate in Barbering or Cosmetology is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience as a Barber or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Strong grooming, styling, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
