Job Summary:

An Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects to create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable structures. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Planning:

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client needs.
• Create detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using design software.
• Ensure projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

2. Project Coordination & Management:

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers for successful project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address design issues.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and material specifications.

3. Client Consultation & Presentations:

• Discuss project goals, budget, and design preferences with clients.
• Present design concepts through sketches, digital models, and presentations.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and regulatory requirements.

4. Sustainability & Innovation:

• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative construction techniques.
• Ensure structural integrity and environmental sustainability in designs.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and permits.
• Ensure adherence to local building regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in architecture, design, or construction (Freshers may also be considered).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural principles.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or licensing as a registered architect (as per regional requirements).
• Experience in sustainable architecture and green building design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
