Barista - 1 Male & 1 female Required

We are looking for a skilled Barista who can prepare high‑quality coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, and creative mocktails while delivering excellent customer service. You will ensure all beverages are made according to recipes, presented well, and served in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all types of coffee drinks according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and non‑alcoholic mocktails
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and possible customizations, including sugar level, ice level, milk options, and add‑ons.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards at the bar/coffee counter, including regular cleaning of machines, tools, and work area.
• Prepare and restock ingredients.
• Follow all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/juice bar environment/restaurant (minimum 2 years).
• Good knowledge of coffee basics ( latte art ).
• Strong practical knowledge of fresh juice and mocktail preparation, including balancing flavors and using fresh ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes consistently while also being creative with specials and seasonal drinks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple orders, and stay calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD220.000 - BD280.000 per month
