Job Vacancy – Barista & Sales Associate

Petrichoor Chocolate is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista & Sales Associate to join our team. If you love creating coffee and chocolate experiences while engaging with customers, this role is for you!

Position: Barista & Sales Associate
Salary Range: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (based on experience)
Location: Al jurf 2, Ajman, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate-based beverages, and other drinks to high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers.
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling chocolates, beverages, and gift products.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the shop and coffee station.
• Handle payments (cash and card) with accuracy.
• Support shop operations, including inventory, stock arrangement, and packaging.
• Represent Petrichoor Chocolate with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Barista and in Sales (preferably in coffee shops, specialty cafés, or chocolate boutiques).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, espresso machines, and latte art.
• Excellent sales and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak hours.
• Well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
