Sales Associate – Off-Plan Properties

• Generate and qualify leads specifically for off-plan real estate projects.
• Present and explain off-plan property options, layouts, and payment plans to clients.
• Conduct site visits or virtual walkthroughs of developments as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up on inquiries, assist clients with bookings, and guide them through the off-plan purchase process.
• Achieve individual sales targets for off-plan units and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and project developers to close deals efficiently.
