Real Estate Consultant - FEMALE ONLY (experienced)

● Job Purpose / Summary: The Real Estate Consultant is the driving force of SKYWINGS REAL ESTATE's revenue generation. This role is responsible for building a strong client base, managing property transactions from lead to closing, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

Your Role

  • Advise clients on Dubai’s top off-plan property investments
  • Conduct tailored viewings and online presentations
  • Keep up with project launches and market shifts
  • Match buyers with the right opportunities and close confidently
  • Meet sales targets with real support behind you

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a strong advantage) Arabic, Urdu, Persian, Russian, German etc.
  • Currently based in Dubai/UAE
  • Minimum 6 months of real estate or sales experience
  • Understanding of UAE property market and developer processes
  • Confident communicator, strong closer, and team player
  • Professional, self-driven, and committed to results

Key Responsibilities:

○ Source and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing activities.

○ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

○ List and market properties for sale or lease on various portals and platforms.

○ Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants.

○ Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction.

○ Maintain and update client information and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

○ Stay abreast of real estate market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

○ Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work Conditions:

Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based with extensive fieldwork)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.

Reporting Line: Reports to the General Manager.

Payment 50/50 commission based instantly

2. Real Estate Consultant (fresher)

Department: Sales

● Job Purpose / Summary: The Real Estate Consultant is the driving force of SKYWINGS REAL ESTATE's revenue generation. This role is responsible for building a strong client base, managing property transactions from lead to closing, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

Monthly Pay: up to 3000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

○ Source and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing activities.

○ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

○ List and market properties for sale or lease on various portals and platforms.

○ Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants.

○ Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction.

○ Maintain and update client information and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

○ Stay abreast of real estate market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

○ Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

○ Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

○ Strong network of contacts in Dubai is a plus.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based with extensive fieldwork)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.

Reporting Line: Reports to the General Manager.
