Barista

Role Overview:

As the Expirenced Barista at Brewton, you will be the face of our coffee experience, ensuring that every cup is brewed to perfection, every guest feels welcomed, and the team is motivated to deliver international-standard coffee culture with a local touch. You will oversee daily operations of the barista team, manage quality control, and contribute to creating a warm, refined café atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise barista staff to maintain Brewton’s quality standards.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, frappes, lattes, and specialty drinks with consistency.
• Train new baristas on coffee techniques, customer service, and café protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed at the coffee station.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and brewing equipment.
• Work closely with management to develop new drink ideas and seasonal specials.
• Engage customers with knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and Brewton’s story.
• Handle customer feedback gracefully and ensure a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of barista experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso calibration.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for coffee culture and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work morning, evening, weekends, and launch events.
