About Us:
Oven n Grill is a fast-growing restaurant that combines quick service with great taste. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our bar team and deliver high-quality beverages with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, and mocktails.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, grinders, and other bar equipment.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions when needed.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to management.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Assist in menu development by suggesting creative new beverages.
• Manage waste reduction by following portion control and inventory procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring a great guest experience.
• Support teammates during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, bartender, or beverage staff (fast-food/restaurant experience preferred).
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, coffee brewing, and basic mixology.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and portion measurements.
• Attention to detail in cleanliness, hygiene, and beverage presentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and preparation methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
