Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and work area.
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and customer orders accurately.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Learn and stay updated about coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
• Support the team in daily café operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided).
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts.
• Must be available in Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18.
• Flexibility with shifts and schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
