Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Female Barista with prior experience in specialty coffee. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about coffee, knowledgeable in different brewing methods, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks and brewed coffee.
• Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
• Support the team in daily operations, including opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience, preferably in a specialty coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and brewing methods (e.g., V60, Chemex, Aeropress).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female applicants with previous experience in specialty coffee companies will be given priority.
