Barista

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation, a strong understanding of brewing methods, and a genuine love for coffee culture and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and filter coffee beverages following specialty standards.
• Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all drinks.
• Educate customers about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment at all times.
• Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies efficiently.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Uphold excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop.
• Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and manual brewing (V60, Chemex, AeroPress, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as required.
