Barista

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffees and beverages to high standards
• Creating a welcoming and friendly environment for both adults and children
• Engaging positively with kids — including participating in light, supervised activities to enhance their café experience
• Handling POS and credit card transactions accurately
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are always met
• Monitoring equipment condition and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintaining proper food handling procedures and temperature control

Who We’re Looking For:

• A pleasant and gentle personality with a natural love for children
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Open to all nationalities
• Previous barista experience and strong knowledge of coffee preparation
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Understands health & safety standards and hygiene best practices
• Has experience with POS systems and credit card handling
• Team player with a positive attitude and a flexible mindset

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
