Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
• Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure cleanliness.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and stock supplies.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
