Barista

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista who has strong knowledge and experience in preparing fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages. The ideal candidate should maintain high standards of hygiene, ensure excellent customer service, and have a passion for creating quality drinks.

• Have excellent knowledge of fruit juice preparation, combinations, and presentation.
• Ensure proper handling, washing, and cutting of fruits and vegetables used in the juice section.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice and bar area at all times.
• Refill and restock ingredients, fruits, ice, and other bar supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Handle cash transactions or POS system (if required).
• Report stock shortages and assist in inventory management.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Juice Maker in a café or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of coffee machines, juicers, blenders, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Understanding of flavor balance and juice combinations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at once.
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
