Barista

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista . The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based and brewed coffee beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision.
• Maintain exceptional product consistency, flavor quality, and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and answering product-related questions.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Train and support junior baristas when needed.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of barista experience in a café, specialty coffee shop, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee roasting profiles, latte art, and brewing methods (e.g., espresso, pour-over, French press).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high-volume periods.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
