Barista

• Must be professional and qualified.
• Must have relevant experience in specialty coffee or more
• Bar Operations: Ensure the bar is stocked and run according to the operational daily procedures.
• Beverage preparation and Quality Control: Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with Ritual operating procedures and standards.
• Product Knowledge: Full knowledge of all bar products, and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
• Customer Satisfaction levels: Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
• Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with store management and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.
• Daily and Weekly reports: Complete all bar-related reports and checklists on time as required.
• Quality: Completion of bar checklists and relevant equipment to fulfill requirements for daily operation.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
