Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to approved recipes and standards.
• Operate and clean coffee machines and café equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle requests professionally.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
• Comply with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash or electronic payments accurately, if required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.
