Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure quality control by following recipes, maintaining cleanliness standards, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, taking orders, answering questions, and recommending menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
• Handle basic cash and POS transactions.
• Assist with stock handling and daily operational tasks.
• Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
• Applicants should not be more than 35 years old.
• Both male and female candidates may apply.
• Applicants may apply with or without experience, as training will be provided.
• Candidates must hold a valid QID.
• A transferable visa is required.
• Tagalog speaking candidates will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products and service.
