Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and work areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues politely
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
