Barista

Responsibilities:

A Barista takes on a range of roles including:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
• Cleaning service and seating areas
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments

Number of Years of Experience: Above three years experience

Languages: English/Arabic

Soft Skill Requirements: Good oral and written Arabic and English communication skills, team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking abilities and detail oriented, good customer handling technique, and strong customer service skills.
