Barista with cashier experience

We are looking for a male/female Waitress/Barista to join our café team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers professionally with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and cold drinks.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, tables, and work areas.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Ensure proper cash handling and order processing.
• Support the team in restocking supplies and maintaining product displays.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or waiter/waitress.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience must
• Barista certification or professional training preferred
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Local hire only Qatar
• Immediate joiner or within 1 month
