Job Title: Barista (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista for our coffee operations, maintain high beverage standards, and supervise junior barista staff. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in coffee preparation and machine calibration, and experience supporting occasional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages consistently
• Perform espresso machine and grinder calibration, maintenance, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Manage daily bar operations, stock control, and workflow efficiency
• Assist with occasional events or catering services as required
• Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain excellent service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Barista, with experience in a supervisory or head role
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and calibration techniques
• Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate junior staff
• Experience supporting events or off-site coffee service is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events when needed
