The Role

We are seeking a master of the craft to join our world-class beverage team. As a Barista at our luxury resort, you won’t just be making drinks; you will be delivering a sensory experience to our global clientele. This role requires a sophisticated blend of technical mastery, creative flair, and the impeccable "art of service" expected in a five-star environment.

What You’ll Do

• Craft Excellence: Prepare a full spectrum of premium coffees, specialty teas, and signature non-alcoholic beverages to exacting standards.
• Innovation: Contribute to the development of seasonal drink menus and bespoke creations.
• Guest Engagement: Provide personalized recommendations and engage with guests to ensure an unforgettable hospitality experience.
• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for bean freshness, grind consistency, and milk texture, alongside meticulous equipment maintenance.
• Mentorship: Guide and elevate the skills of junior staff to ensure impeccable service consistency across the team.

What We Are Looking For

• The Veteran: 5+ years of experience in high-volume, premium, or luxury hospitality settings.
• The Expert: Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and advanced latte art. You are equally comfortable with manual lever machines and modern precision technology.
• The Professional: You are poised, articulate, and thrive in an environment where "attention to detail" is the absolute baseline.
• Versatility: Demonstrated capability in handling and preparing a diverse range of beverages beyond coffee, including mocktails and artisanal teas.
