About the Role

Are you a coffee enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit? We are looking for an energetic, highly proactive, and skilled Barista to single-handedly run our charming cafe kiosk located inside a bustling hospital in Lusail.

This isn't just a coffee-making gig; it's a "one-person show" where you are the face, the engine, and the heart of the business. You will manage the entire operation, from pulling the perfect espresso shot to driving sales. If you have the hustle to turn a quiet corner into a thriving coffee stop, this is the role for you!

What You Will Do

As our Lead Barista, you will take ownership of the daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Expert Brewing: Craft exceptional espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to the highest standard.
• Baking & Prep: Bake fresh croissants and pastries daily, ensuring a tempting display for customers.
• Customer Experience & Cashiering: Provide warm, efficient service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Handle all transactions accurately.
• Proactive Sales & Upselling: This is critical! We need a self-starter who actively engages with passersby, suggests pastry pairings with coffee, and actively drives daily revenue.
• Inventory & Ordering: Send timely orders to suppliers to keep the kiosk stocked.
• Resourcefulness: Occasionally pick up small, necessary grocery items (like milk or garnishes) on your way to or from work to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Cleanliness: Maintain an impeccably clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.

What We Are Looking For

• Core Barista Skills: Proven experience as a Barista with excellent milk frothing, latte art, and espresso calibration skills.
• The "Hustle" Factor: A highly proactive attitude. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for customers to approach, but warmly invites them in and excels at upselling.
• Independence: The ability to work completely autonomously, solve problems on the fly, and manage a fast-paced environment single-handedly.
• Reliability: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures.
