Barista (Luxury Hospitality Industry)

We are currently looking for a talented and service-oriented Barista to join a distinguished luxury 5-star hotel and resort. The successful candidate will be a skilled coffee professional with a strong passion for beverage artistry and a commitment to delivering refined, personalized guest experiences aligned with international hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present premium coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages in line with brand guidelines and approved recipes
• Deliver engaging and memorable guest interactions through strong product knowledge and attentive service
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of coffee stations and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control and requisition processes
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort environment within the GCC
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, extraction methods, latte art, and premium beverage presentation
• Excellent communication skills with a polished and guest-focused approach
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality setting
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee craftsmanship
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
