Barista (Female Preferred) (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee beverages, assist customers, and maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.

The candidate should also be comfortable handling coffee catering setups and serving at external events when required.

Immediate joiners currently in Qatar are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold drinks
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with coffee catering services for events and external locations
• Set up and organize coffee stations for catering events
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently during busy events or catering functions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies when needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support team members during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous barista experience required
• Experience in coffee catering or event coffee service is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Must be available to join immediately
• Candidates currently in Qatar preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
