Key Responsibilities
Coffee Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based beverages (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.)
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Perform daily calibration and quality checks
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
- Recommend products and upsell specialty beverages or pastries
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor of shortages
- Ensure proper storage of milk, syrups, and other ingredients

- Inventory & Operations
- Support stock control and daily inventory
- Receive and store deliveries properly
- Minimize wastage and follow cost-control procedures
- Assist in opening and closing duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years experience as a Barista (hospitality or specialty coffee preferred)
- Knowledge of coffee extraction and milk texturing
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£14,000.00 per month
