We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. If you're creative, outgoing, personable, and compassionate, we want you to be a part of our BAM Bar family. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional coffee beverages while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care.

- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with the bakery and florist teams to enhance the customer experience.

- Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including seasonal specials.

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a barista, with strong knowledge in latte art & combining flavors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A creative mindset with a passion for coffee and customer service.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine love for connecting with people.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
