Overview
Blacksmith Cafe is a one-of-a-kind space that combines a specialty coffee shop with a working blacksmith studio. We serve high-quality coffee and handcrafted beverages while celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and community. Our environment blends the warmth of a neighborhood café with the character and artistry of a traditional blacksmith shop.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, specialty drinks, and other menu items
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Provide information to customers about hand crafted products and how to order
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment and seating areas
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts
