Barista

Crave Coffee is looking for Baristas help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that plays a key role in ensuring a great experience for our guests. We are looking for applicants who have 6 months or more of customer service experience.

Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED to be considered for the position.

Must have open availability for both our 7 AM - 12 PM and 12 PM - 6 PM shifts, or at minimum, be available for the 12 PM - 6 PM shift, with weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

Take guest orders as needed.

Clean and reset the coffee bar.

Keep up with daily cleaning tasks and larger cleaning initiatives.

Serve prepared drinks as needed.

Replenish stock and maintain back-of-house organization.

Remove dirty dishes, utensils, and reset spaces for the next guest.

Ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a busser, food runner, or similar role is a plus.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry supplies as needed.

Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
