Barista – European Bakery

About the Role

We are looking for a Female Barista to join our European-style bakery. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer‑focused, and passionate about coffee and café culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
• Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent service
• Handle bakery items such as pastries and breads, including display and basic serving
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, bar counter, and equipment
• Process cash and POS transactions accurately
• Follow food safety and company standards
• Support the team during busy hours and peak operations

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience
• Experience in a bakery or café is an advantage
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and basic latte art
• Good communication skills in English
• Friendly, well‑groomed, and presentable
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Passion for coffee and café culture
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of bakery products
