Job Purpose

Prepare and serve beverages to VIP clients, visitors, and management, maintaining a clean, fully stocked coffee area, while delivering fast and professional service at all times.


Key Responsibilities

1. Punctuality & Attendance

  • Arrive on time for every shift and avoid early departures.
  • Notify management in advance of any absences.

2. Customer Service

  • Greet VIP clients, visitors, and management within 30 seconds.
  • Take orders clearly, confirming preferences.
  • Serve beverages professionally and handle minor issues promptly.

3. Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rate of at least 90%.

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Keep the coffee area clean throughout the shift.
  • Regularly clean counters, machines, and seating areas.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Complete the daily cleaning checklist.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor and restock supplies daily to prevent shortages.
  • Prepare weekly orders in advance.
  • Ensure the coffee area for the social media department is fully stocked weekly.

6. Communication & Professional Conduct

  • Respond to management requests promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with VIP clients and management.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with all departments.

7. Additional Duties

  • Assist with light food preparation when required.
  • Support management and clients during meetings or events.
  • Complete any additional tasks without compromising core responsibilities.
