Barista

Creekside Coffee House is seeking a reliable, energetic Barista to join our growing team. We are a quickly growing coffee house committed to excellent beverages, warm hospitality, and a culture rooted in Christian values.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys serving others with kindness and wants to be a part of bringing the Creekside experience to our customers.

What You'll Do:

* Execute high-quality espresso beverages and other drinks with consistency and efficiency

* Maintain strong work flow during peak hours

* Support team coordination between register, espresso, and food stations

* Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

* Model professionalism and strong guest engagement

What We're Looking For:

* Barista experience

* Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink build standards

* Ability to remain calm and focused during rush periods

* Reliable, accountable and team-minded

* Desire to contribute to a respectful, service and people driven culture
