Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register, handling cash transactions, and providing accurate change
- Food preparation: Experience in preparing food items according to recipes and portion control guidelines
- Sales: Ability to upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Food industry: Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and food items
- Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Square POS: Experience with point-of-sale systems, specifically Square or similar software
- Time management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
