Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and snacks.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food items, preparing simple food offerings, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality.
• Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support overall operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register balancing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
