Barista

Simmer Coffee House is hiring baristas to help shape the heart of our first location in Cary, NC. We’re not just pouring drinks — we’re building a community rooted in kindness, comfort, and connection.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-quality coffee and matcha drinks with care and consistency
• Hospitality-Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
• Handle orders and payments at the register
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver great service
• Uphold health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable team players
• Barista experience required
• Barista trainer/lead barista experience preferred
• Great communicators who love serving others
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Bar skills assessment administered as part of interview

Location: Cary, NC

Pay: $15+/hour (based off experience)+ tips

Schedule: Part-time and full-time available, with weekend availability required.
