Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Barista to join our team! As a team member and Barista at Sweet Paris, you will welcome guest and prepare high-quality coffee and drink orders with efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile
• Take food and beverage orders
• Explain the menu items to customers
• Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex
• Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
• Maintain a clean work environment
  
  
  

Qualifications :

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
