Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders clearly, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations, seating areas, and equipment.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using basic math skills to ensure correct transactions.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
