What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Blue Loon Bakery, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while delivering high-quality beverages and service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
• Collaborating with BOH and FOH members to keep the bakery running smoothly.
• Staying knowledgeable about our menu offerings to answer customer questions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• At least 1 year of barista experience or similar experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and creating memorable customer experiences.
