What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Prepare a variety of beverages, including various coffee types (hot, cold and iced), tea and frappes on automatic coffee machines.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders and other equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company policies.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures for handling food and beverages.
• Manage inventory, assist with stock receiving, and maintain proper stock levels.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service.
