Al Mukhtar Bakery is Hiring for Barista for Dubai Branch(Immediate Joiners Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Barista who can prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café or bakery environment.

Position: Barista (for Dubai) - 1 post

Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 2,800 (full package) + Duty Meal

Monthly Off: 4 days

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

Ensure proper coffee preparation including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other drinks.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.

Check stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.

Assist with receiving and storing supplies.

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Barista.

Good knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).

Experience operating coffee machines and grinders.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic English communication skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
