Experienced Barista

Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Location: Newport Beach, CA
Compensation: $17.00 + tips (DOE)
Schedule: Weekday & weekend availability required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has strong espresso skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistent, quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dial-in espresso and maintain quality throughout service
• Prepare all beverages to recipe and standard
• Deliver warm, attentive, guest-focused service
• Work efficiently during high-volume service
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years specialty coffee experience required
• Proficient with espresso extraction and milk texturing
• Familiar with workflow, drink sequencing, and service systems
• Manual brew experience (V60, AeroPress, etc.) a plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
• Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)
