Barista

We are looking for an energetic and bubbly Barista to join our Boutique Café Team. This role will play a key role in ensuring that we serve great coffee and bakery good with a smile and positive energy. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, being at the front desk, and serving customers with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, etc.) using commercial-grade espresso machines and other café equipment.
• Prepare and serve a selection of healthy bites, including smoothies, acai bowls, granola bowls, and other nutritious snacks.
• Engage with employees and guests, offering friendly and helpful service and recommendations from the café menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized café area, including keeping coffee machines, utensils, and workspaces sanitized and stocked.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently followed.
• Manage cash register, process transactions, and handle payments efficiently.
• Contribute to menu development by suggesting new healthy items based on trends or customer feedback.
• Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
• Support a positive atmosphere within the office by fostering friendly and approachable interactions with everyone who visits the café.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years barista experience.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based drinks.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with employees and guests in a professional manner.
• Willing to live or relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
