In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, expertly prepares and serves a variety of coffee beverages, and ensures an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food prep stations and seating areas
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures accurately using POS systems
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as preparing batters, frostings, or baking.
